"My husband toddler and I went to order A quick snack before heading back on the road .we tried to order on the kiosk but it said there was something wrong processing the order and to tell the employee before hitting “close”. We did that and the woman snapped back “I don’t know notthin bout that,try again” I told her if said to alert an employee so there was nothing to “try again”. I suggested to my husband that we go elsewhere since this woman was clearly more interested in being annoyed and sharing attitude then she was getting an order . He unfortunately didn’t catch on and asked if we could verbally order . Once again we annoyed her with that request. My husband ordered cajan fries and instead of mixing the spices ,a boat load of spices were just dumped on top, leaving the bottom bare and the top inedibly salty. The cherry on top was the woman charged us twice when my husband checked his credit card . Nasty employees , half effort food and pricey. I’m very disappointed with this location and hope they don’t show this lack of care to any other family"

"I dropped by Destiny Mall and grabbed a quick bite at Charley's Cheesesteaks. I ordered a regular cheese steak sub for $10.25, and it was fantastic! The soft, slightly chewy sub roll provided the perfect base for the dish. Inside, the thinly sliced, tender pieces of steak were seasoned to perfection, offering a savory and slightly peppery taste. The melted cheese added a rich, creamy texture and a delightful salty, tangy flavor to the mix. Topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers, the sub had a perfect balance of sweetness and savoriness. It truly hit the spot! Great food at Charley's Cheesesteaks."

"From someone that's driven the several hours for a Philly steak in the past, to discovering Charley's, a much closer to home location. I'd eat here again. Food was perfect. Ordering was a little rough, in a packed food court they have to speak up a bit more. But overall wasn't terrible or worth rating down for."
