"I drove by this store thousands of times and never seemed to notice it. I was sent here today by Fender for a warranty claim. The store has a lot of great gear at competitive prices compared to what I've seen online. I dropped off my Fender, and the employee's were very courteous, polite, and helpful. I will update in the future after my repair is complete. I am very happy with my experience today. I will stop in and go shopping soon. I recommend stopping in to look around or for guitar repair. "I brought in my Taylor which I have had for more than 30 years. For the past 12 years my daughter had it and had forgotten to keep it hydrated. This caused two cracks in the face of the guitar. It also needed some other work to bring it back to perfect condition. Nick was amazing the way he took his time to ensure that every bit of his work was exemplary. I am very happy to have found BinghamTone as a resource. I highly recommend them!"
