"I gave one star because I couldn't get a lower score. The Harrisonburg Va power connect are only concerned about getting customer business. My "regular" annual maintenance went up by $70 for no other reason than a service call visit ! They have gotten outrageous."

"The Tech that serviced my equipment was great. I mentioned that the last guy did not think the slower start was an issue. I worried that slow start would turn into no start when I really needed my unit to run. Anyway, now a 1.5 second start up!"

"Gabe, the serviceman was excellent; however, the cost for the service, considering there was no oil or filter change was totally exorbitant; looks like I'll do my own PM from now on."

"Avoid this company at alll cost. They do extremely lousy and sketchy work. Would never use or have any of their contractors on our lot again. Didn't fix our issues and have surprise fees at the end. Please do yourself a favor and search anyone else in the area, we are stuck with a bill now and having someone else come fix their incompetence."

"Please beware of this company. I called them last year to do maintenance on my generator, and the bill was average with other companies at $350-400. I called them again to diagnose a red light on the unit, and their fees are $65 for a diagnostic and $175+ for travel time. Which is totally ridiculous, I know it's a +30 minute drive, but 3 times the diagnostic fee is ridiculous. The tech changed the battery that was supposedly faulty without telling me he was going to change it and then charging an astronomical fee to do so. I am very handy and just wanted a simple diagnostic, and I could have changed the small battery by myself for a quarter of the price. It's been a ton of back and forth with this company and I definitely don't recommend them or their practices to do work workout notifying first and their crazy travel fee. They should have caught the low battery issue when they came out a month prior as the red light came right back on after they left. I dont think they should have billed their ridiculous fees for coming out one month later if they didn't spot the issue right away. Please do some research and find another company."
