The dispatcher, Laurie, was extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions and concerns. She promptly scheduled Dwayne to come out to my house following my call. The plumber arrived quickly and was very courteous and respectful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner, ensuring to clean up after he was finished. He also provided me with some helpful tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future. The pricing was very fair and transparent, and I appreciated that there were no hidden fees or charges. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend 2 Brothers Plumbing to anyone in need of their services."

He talked to me like a normal person, he didn’t mess around, got right to work on fixing the problem… when we needed different solutions he was happy to help figure it out. Seriously felt like a friend doing work, so honest and helpful. On the day of the big job he and his son worked very hard to get this project done on the same day. And they had wonderful attitudes as well. Hopefully you’ll get lucky and have Dwayne be your plumber if you call. He was the best! I was quoted a fair price and was happy to pay it. I will work with them again."
