"I needed a mini split installed in my shop so I called valley comfort. They were very professional while coming in at a fair price. We also had an issue with the unit months later (factory defect) and Vadim came out and tool care of it for us at no extra charge. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!"
"We've used Valley Comfort Systems for several years, both for our business and for our home. For the business, one of Valley Comfort Systems' competitors said that the whole unit was shot and needed to be replaced, which would cost about $10,000. Valley Comfort Systems correctly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it, for about $700, and the unit still works fine, several years later! At home, the control board in our heat pump failed about a year after Valley Comfort Systems replaced it, and the manufacturer was reluctant to honor the warranty. Valley Comfort Systems really went to bat for us and persuaded the manufacturer to honor the warranty, saving us at least $1000. We definitely recommend Valley Comfort Systems!"
