"I went in to cash my work checks although I don't have an account with them but this is the bank my employer use. OMG, you would have thought I was cashing bogus checks. They asked me for every i.d I had including my social card. I've cashed my checks at any other bank with no problem. I give them two forms of i.d and thumb print it's done. I felt like a criminal walking out of there. I never been treated so bad in my life by a bank. So, please, if u can, use a different location. These ppl will have you walking out like u don't deserve to get paid for your hard work."
"If you plan on making a quick deposit Inside. It’s not going to be quick at all! You’ll be waiting QUITE A WHILE! There are ONLY 2 tellers in there. And all they do is talk and try to convince you to get a credit card. Service is slow and I’m switching to PNC and closing that account tomorrow."
"Your teller, Christina White is a terrible representative for your bank. I have had a business banking account as well as a personal account with Huntington for over two years and am seriously considering closing all of my accounts solely because of Christina's actions. When I asked to please speak with a manager, she informed me that she was the manager. When I asked to please speak with her superior on the phone, she laughed at me and said she does not have any superiors. I found this hard to believe and hope you have a better management structure than this. As a long time customer, I expect to be treated professionally and fair. As long as she is representing your branch office at East Ohio St, I will never return to that bank. Others should be aware."
