"I just wrapped up the six week challenge at Next Level Fitness. The trainers are encouraging, professional, and very helpful. If you need help figuring out an excercise or modifying one due to an injury, they are always willing to offer suggestions and guidance. The other members are kind and there isn't any shaming people for their size or abilities. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a wide variety of equipment and workouts available. They also provide a dietary plan to help you succeed. When I followed the plan, I saw great results. When I didn't, that showed up. In six weeks I went from being winded running up the steps in my house to chasing my kids around with ease. Now, I have the tools to keep in shape and stay healthy."
