"Gotta be afraid to go outside in fear someone might see you and next thing ya know your getting a letter or phone call cause ya looked the wrong way. Got some flatt rocks for my sister inlaw to put around her back porch. Neighbor tattled over rocks that werent even on her property nor really her concern. Well management came had to take rocks away. Petty. Making it hard for younger families to live there."

"Very quiet mobile home park located in a great part of Millcreek with clean and neat lots. In the winter they do a great job plowing and salting. The owners of this park are very nice and keep this park well mainted with the rules in place. There is even a spot for tennants to wash cars in the summertime. I feel that this is the quietest, cleanest, and friendliest park in the Erie area. I definitely recommend. (It was quick and easy to join the park as well!)"
