"Good luck getting them to even pick up the phone for a party order. Called and got passed around the phone system. Put on hold over 10 mins with the customer service department even walking over and telling them I was on hold for them and nothing. Same service desk employee talked to me 4 times. If you can't be bothered to answer the phone then I'm sure the sandwiches won't be done well or on time either."
"This is the absolute slowest deli I've ever been to. Workers are slow and just look at you while you wait for a half hour to 45 minutes. This is obviously a reflection of bad management and training along with hiring people that aren't even qualified to work at a pace faster than slow."

"Went after work Friday night and waited 37 Minutes with one customer in front of me to get chipped ham and cheese. Ham not chipped but sliced, while waiting I happened to notice the display in front of the deli that holds the baby bell cheese and such was beyond filthy with hair dirt and who knows what else. zero for cleanliness and as far as the woman that waited on me she was subpar at best. Very slow, and personality of sandpaper. Couldn't handle the workload presented to her in a timely fashion. Definitely not worth the wait."
