"worst experience ever. I went in for an exam for life insurance. After waiting several minutes and ringing the bell twice, someone finally came. after informing me my apt had been canceled, I had to convince them that I had already taken the day to do this. The lady doing my blood draw shoved the needle in my arm. after informing her that in thought something wasn't right she continued. Once she pulled the needle out, blood continued to come out. she had shocked look on her face and blurted out " I have never seen that happen before" trying to convince me everything was ok, she rushed to get a cold compression. it seems that there are more than one complaint. something needs to be done. *update Im still waiting for this call I was supposed to receive, All the while my arm is getting worse. I had to cancel the rest of my day and get an appointment with my doctor, who asked that I come in asap as he is concerned. I advise and warn anyone against having their exam done at this facility."
