"I had to visit the store to pick up my first CPAP machine. I was a little nervous going into the process since it is all new to me but Karen made the process absolutely amazing! I didn't wait long for my appointment and Karen walked me through how to use the machine and other equipment. She also answered all my questions and was very patient with the questions I had! I am looking forward to working with her and the rest of the staff if I have any issues!"

They change what dates they are willing to ship them even though I call the same day each month to place the order, it is nonsense. And the most unreliable service I've experienced especially with something so crucial I am very dissatisfied customer (my son is also a cancer patient and this is the treatment we have received)"

"I have been dealing with them over an insurance issue for over 5 months! I was fitted to a pair of compression stockings and was told they ran my insurance and that they were covered 100% and no copay! Great! Told me I was allowed 2 pairs a year. Next month I receive a bill for 223.98!! I called and they said it was never submitted to the insurance. They would take care of it. Next month came along same thing!! I have been doing this since March!! They never follow up with me, I have never received any calls back. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Go to one of the other places for your supplies! Unless you want to pay for stuff that you were told would cost you 0.00!!!! I will never go to Blackburn’s again!!"
