"Management is wonderful maintenance not to big on not a very good paint job and the carpet under the vents are not put in properly leads to bugs from outside to come in we had a huge centipede come from under the vents where the carpet is supposed to be laid down at and the bathroom sink wasn’t properly put together we have leaks under the sink etc but other than that it’s a nice and clean place"

"I do not want to speak with anyone about it unless that $35 is going to come back. For you all to be charging the amount of rent you do, there is no reason I should have a lockout fee. I’ve been here for 3 years, show some community and waive the fee for a first time lockout."

"Our experience was horrible. They stuck us in an apartment that they knew was moldy. There was mold in the bathroom fan that made us sick, and mold under the carpets. They did nothing when I called to fix the fan. Our shower leaked and vibrated constantly, to the point it fell off. The bathroom had visible water damage on that cabinets that nothing was done about. Dishwasher always left dishes covered in grime and when asked to repair, they told us it was working fine. Stove hardly ever worked too. The mold was absolutely the worst part. They will be super quick to deny that there is an issue, and will insinuate that it is all in your head and nothing is wrong while your health suffers and you lose most of your possessions. If you value your time, money, sanity, and health, do not move here. They will not hesitate to screw you over."

"I've had a very pleasant experience here despite all the negative reviews. The building I live in appears to be fairly well cared for (or newly redone) considering this place is OLD! You can't expect spotless from building put up in the 70's. The unit I live in is in good shape aside from the closet doors/shelves being wonky and balcony door being sticky. If you are unhappy with the unit, choose to see another one - they were more than happy to search for a different unit same size and price, soonest available. Do a walkthrough before you rent ANYWHERE, know what you are paying for. Don't sign the lease until you have inspected the unit yourself, that should be common sense. Pet buildings vs. non-pet building obviously are going to be different conditions. Our building is peaceful, and renters are friendly. The office staff has been nothing but pleasant every time I have interacted with them, quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues. Present yourself respectfully, they will return the favor. "I would give zero stars give I could. Do Not, I repeat DO NOT rent from them. The managers are horrible, the apartments are not worth what they are charging. They show you a nice model set up but the actual apartments are in horrible shape. They find every way to get money off of you. We starting renting and was told we had a discounted rate for our second month there, seven months after renting, they tried to say there was an error with their computers and we owed them 700 on back rent. Every month, we paid on time like we were suppose to. Each month they added 100 on top of that 700 we supposedly owed from an error on their part. We offered to do payments but they refused. When we asked why we had to pay for their mess up, they couldn't give us an answer. We started renting at around 830 a month, by the time we left almost 9 months later, it was around 1500 a month. The laundry is 1.95/load (that is 1.95 for wash and 1.95 for wash) and that is if the washer and dryer is not broke. Oh and if you need maintenance or after hours emergency assistance, that is another $35 charge."
