I had two maintenance resolved quickly and efficiently. It was nice to see how they kept me updated on everything and how everything turned out! Thank you office & maintenance staff @ CPW!!"

"Worst experience renting here. I haven’t had anything fixed, & when it does happen it’s months later for 2 1/2 months I have been asking for my blinds and other things to be fixed before moving out so I can be sure to receive my security deposit. Maintenance banned my number for any future fixing when I talked to the property manager she said they wouldn’t fix anything I requested till I moved out it was “pointless”. I then got charged $85 for being late on rent when I was not my bank took it out the app kept saying payment declined I was forced to pay or I would be charged another $35 at the end of that month for a late fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommended this place to anyone."

"We are a military family so we have lived in several places (including military base housing). This experience was by far the worst. After 10 months, maintenance issues are still not handled from the initial walk through (our front door could be opened by pushing it, even when locked). We provided a written notice to vacate, however it doesn't apply to THE DOG. A separate written 30 day notice is required to stop our pet fee, however this process is not included anywhere in our 27 page lease agreement. Our family ended up moving out early because our only shower was broken for 3 days and the maintenance guys were struggling to get it operational due to the company credit card being maxed out. I really wish I would have read and trusted other reviews before signing a lease with Central Park West!"

"I can't wait to get out of here. Still have a broiler system, so we have to wait for them to change it over. Use to come clean our vents once a year, 2 cars stolen, 1 car broken into. Packages always come up missing. There is a huge tree limb hanging in the front yard for 5 days now. Hope it doesn't fall on someone's head. Building gets cleaned once a month. Rent goes up every year. I can go on and on!"

"It’s easy to reach out to the office and they try their best to be helpful and timely regarding any questions or requests. Maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner including when my hot water heater needed to be replaced it was done same day. I find the online payment portal easy to use and appreciate covered parking."
