"THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I WAS 20 DAYS LATE PAYING MY RENT AND THEY FILED $200 EVICTION WITH THE COURT. I HAD NEVER BEEN LATE PAYING RENT. I INFORMED THEM I WAS GOING TO BE PAYING LATE AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE EVICTION BEING FILED JUST A $50 LATE FEE. SO COOL PLACE AS LONG AS YOUR NOT PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK AND HAVE SOMETHING COME UP. VERY UNFORGIVING, UNEMPATHETIC AND WORST OF ALL UNINFORMED ON HOW THEIR OWN OFFICE SYSTEM WORKS! (UPDATE: they have gotten rid of any grace period. Now if your rent is not paid by midnight on the last day of the month then you are charged $50!"

"Unprofessional, hot tempered staff that created a hostile and unsafe living environment. The apartments are outdated, most of the maintenance men that work for AIY properties have a lengthy criminal background. A quick search on the Attorney General's website, Will tell you what you need to know about this company."

"All staff is rude and don’t care about anyone. They turn water and electric off without warning or notice and when you ask why they say something is being fixed there’s no approximate time it’ll be fixed and to just deal with it until it come back on. They tell you you are paying First and last months rent and security deposit but when you go to move they still have you pay last month of rent and say what you paid before was a double deposit not first and last month rent. The people who live here also do not care about anyone else or anything they leave trash throughout the halls and outside throughout the parking lot. These apartments also do not care about your personal belonging especially your vehicles my car got broken into twice within the same parking lot and they told me there’s nothing they can do about anything not even parking lot surveillance all time worst place to live 10/10 DO NOT recommend living here. If I could go back and not rent from here I would go back in an instant. All this company wants is your money and they don’t care what they do or how they do it to get them more money."

"This place seems nice at first… Very shady. 9 months never late no complaints nothing, had a baby on FMLA 1 day late 50$ late fee. Place almost caught fire 3 times being there in 8 months black soot on the walls nothing done about it, very loud neighbors fighting all the time etc. nothing done about it after 7 complaints. If you’re 3 days late you get asked to leave in 72 hours so I did to avoid the eviction process get a call months later saying I owe 2k because I didn’t notify I left? That sounds like their job not mine! Place is very dirty and inconsiderate on financial situations or family situations such as having a baby not family friendly would never move here again! PLACE RINKS OF MARIJUANA VERY DIRTY"
