"Buyer beware. If you want to purchase something from the showroom, great quality items. If you want a custom piece, run fast. This was the live edge to a custom countertop that we received. After pointing this out, Bruce was very defensive and said this is just part of the wood and you can feather it down. After saying that he would take the piece back and work on it a little more, he contacted us the next day saying that he was going to keep it and returned our money. What a total waste of time and a terrible experience."
