Jeff’s customer service skills, VZW knowledge, and willingness to find the correct solution for the customer is at or exceeds those found in major metropolitan areas of the country. Erie is very lucky to have Jeff and his team to help. Not only are they good with “people in the know” but, and more importantly, are patient and caring for those who may not be technically inclined and the elderly from what I have witnessed while in the store. "the only person at this store that was helpful to me was Jeffery. There’s a girl at this store with blue in her hair do not go to her. she speeds through the process of everything and is super unprofessional. It felt like I was inconveniencing her with everything. I was very unhappy with my experience here expect for Jeffery, he was nice and helpful!"
