"poor customer service. Charged 1.5 hours EACH WAY additional time for Crane to be sent to site which was 17 miles away. Which added up to 3,0 over time hours each day we used them. When I called (calmly) to ask about it, Ron started instantly yelling at me and telling me the price "is what it is" I was looking for an reasonable explanation of why we got charge and extra hour and a half for a 17 mile trip, and instead got yelled at and told my business wasnt worth anything basically because I said I wouldn't use them in the future. Very poor business practices. Also sent wrong sized crane and didn't have counter weights had to pay for an extra hour and a half of time for them to go get counterweights because they came un prepared. good luck if you use these guys."
