My new patient appointment ran a little over their morning hours and not once did I feel rushed to leave. Dr. Todd took the time to really explain everything. "I have been going to Grice chiropractic for almost a year now. I travel from Poland Ohio to their Mars location, because of the outstanding work they do, and the amazing environment of the entire office. Everyone there is kind and courteous. The chiropractors are very knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects of their profession. They do not push unnecessary services like some other chiropractors I've been to. they suggest helpful exercises to do at home as well. When I first started going there, my lower back pain was unbearable. They got me adjusted, and I continue to go back just to maintain good joint health. Highly Highly recommend!"

"Edit to add: The businesses response to this review is entirely untrue. As stated earlier they were expecting me before 5:30 as my mother called and provided my name before I came in. I absolutely did not show up at 5:53, I was there before 5:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing, as requested by the business. I also had all of my new patient forms filled out upon arrival. I did not accept their next appointment (2 days later) as I do not want to support this business. I am not writing this review to slander the care of this provider (I did not receive care) but rather inform others of their unprofessional business nature and inability to keep their word. Please do not be fooled by this response by the business. I hurt my back and my mother who is a patient here called to see if I could be seen. The secretary Jane informed her I could come in. I proceeded to take my time to drive to the office to then be turned away by Jane. I was there 30 minutes before closing which was the timeframe they had requested. My husband had to leave work early and we had to rearrange our evening to make this work. A wasted hour of my life. They shouldn’t commit to seeing someone then change their mind. Do not recommend."
