"What an awful experience! Scheduled an “appointment” for 1:30 pm on a Saturday, at like 9:30-10:00 that morning. I get there 10 mins early, and as I’m getting checked was explained that it could be a small wait, but since I scheduled an “appointment” I would be prioritized. That was the biggest lie ever! Every other person that was in that waiting room before went back before I did. Fast forward an hour and 15 mins later I finally get called back. The nurse asked me some question and took my vitals, and we went to a room. 45 mins after that still no doctor. I opened the door and the nurse and doctor are sitting at a desk. I said is anyone ever going to come see me. The man said “I’m the only doctor.” I said I understood but had been there for 2 hours past my “appointment” time. He apologized, and I explained that I could no longer wait, that I had another obligation, and I had scheduled the appointment for the appropriate time that would allow me plenty of time, but clearly I was wrong. I paid a $50 copay to not even be seen! What a waste of time. Don’t “schedule” “appointments” if you’re not going to follow them as actual appointments. I will never return, I’ll wait and call my PCP, before I ever return here!"

"Everyone from the front desk to the back rooms were incredibly kind! We showed up an hour before closing on a Saturday with a hockey injury. Living 8 hours away when injured was stressful but the staff made it very simple for us - down to even searching for a phone charger for my dying phone. ❤️"

"My husband had an appointment for 130pm to get his chest listed to cause he’s has a horrible cough for a couple days and he left with out being seen because he waited 2 hours and we have other obligations plus he gave them a 50$ copay upfront! We will never go there ever again. If I could leave a zero star review I would!"

"I was told that the extreme pain in my throat, my inability to speak, and slight fever was something that the nurse himself had to go through the year prior and he said “you’re a mess and you just have to push through it”. I was tested for Covid, influenza and bronchitis which all were negative. After explaining my concern for being sick while caring for my preemie baby at home I was told to “let it run its course”. No antibiotics, no steroid, nothing. 24 hours later my three month old could barely breathe. We rushed to Children’s and he tested positive for RSV and we were in the PICU for a week. We could have lost him. A month in the Nicu had nothing on this experience… it was unbearable. I’ve never had a remotely positive experience at MedExpress, but this one trumps them all."

"We always go into MedExpress, thinking it will take at least 1 hour if they are not super busy. They are always kind and helpful because we don't try to have unrealistic expectations of them. Thankful to have them for minor illnesses. So much faster than getting in with a regular doctor's office."
