"I scheduled an appt in Girard, I got the confirmation email. After fasting and arriving for my appt they are closed for a scheduled power outage. Shouldn't you have canceled my appointment instead of having me show up for it? Bad business right there"

"This is NOT a complaint against the workers here but only the management who are in charge of running this company & refuse to pay someone to work at the check in window. I was sent there for bloodwork. There is no one at the check in window & you are left to check in with a screen that wanted to scan all kinds of things including my drivers license & health insurance card. I couldn't get anything to work correctly and there was a line of people waiting behind me. If this is proper care of patients we are all in trouble. No way to phone them either. I will never go there again. I would give zero stars if possible."

"Mickey mouse outfit. Unbelievable patient care. I'm supposed to FAST . What they want me to get sick? I'm pissed. The doctors need to schedule for you. I got there. Or a soul in the waiting room. Yet I can't get waited on fo 6 hours? What the hell is going on with this place? A total joke."

"I’ve va been coming here at least once a va month( sometimes more) since my transplant. The staff works hard and are always friendly. Setting an appointment from any device is simple and my time expectations are always met."
