"Disappointed in quality.., Please do your research before making a purchase there because their salesman Ernie got me (I don’t even remember him telling me that they do not do returns or refunds). I ordered exterior shutters with the expectation they would be of better quality than a big box store such as Lowe’s or Home Depot; however, they were not, AT ALL"
"The guy who works in the cabinet section has been nothing but a complete jerk through our entire experience. My wife showed him a text from our contractor and stated the numbers but he still ordered it wrong. When I went up to return the handles he said they would not take them back for any reason because it was our fault. A reputable company would have returned them no matter whose fault it was. I will never work with them again and would advise anyone else not to. Our contractor has worked with them for years and said recently that the customer service has gone in the crapper. He will never work with them again either It’s a shame that they are so hard to work with because they do have quality products."
