"This is the only oral surgeon in my network in the Youngstown area and I wish it wasn’t. The answering service women hung up on me multiple times and then proceeded to give me the run around. I was just trying to schedule an appointment to see the Dr. and these women told me to call the number I had dialed and to just call back tomorrow (it was 1:30 PM). When I asked what the hours are, she hung up before I can even finish my sentence. I I’m thinking about traveling to Akron now because these women are horrible and shouldn’t be working in customer service. Get better answering service representatives."
