"He did not use enough novacane for a molar extraction and he never answered my calls after hours it was a complicated extraction as it was and because he did not numb me enough I felt it all! He's nice enough, but he did not glove up when he numbed me nor did he use proper PPE. The room was dark and he kept asking if I was OK even when he saw that I wasn't! Do not go unaccompanied!!"

"The Doctor himself was super, great, very informative, kind, and friendly. Young girl receptionist was very nice, but was forced to lie to back up her coworker. The evil witch at check out was just that. I had filled out all the paperwork prior to my visit, and gave them color copies of my insurance cards, I also stopped in, because I had a little trouble filling out the paper work, so everything was ha,nd delivered. When I got there to check in the girl did remember me and knew she had copies of my insurance cards. ( but she forgot me at checkout) so check out person had me in tears by the time I left. They don't take my insurance. Over $ 8000 dollars to have the work I need done. $ 370 for x ray and office visit.. She had no record of my insurance, the cards were never scanned in the computer. Lie. This is when the check in girl forgot me. First question she asked me when the Dr walked me out was how are you going to pay for this. We don't take your insurance. How did she know if it wasn't in there."
