"Doctors and nurses do their jobs for the most part, desk staff is lazy and can't be bothered to answer the phone. My fiance and I are looking constantly hassled about release of information stating they can't tell me anything about him without he consent even though we filled out the form, several nurses have also talked to me like I'm abusing my child while I'm by myself but would never talk to my partner that way."
