"Why are they so unfriendly at this location lol. I guess according to the other reviews, this is quite a common occurrence. There are a few great workers tho, and some that have left whom I miss!"

"Horrible customer service. Slow and unfriendly. Push the button come back, still talking about their Christmas vacation. How the Christmas party was lame and they didn’t like anybody there. They just went there because the boss invited them. Looked at me like I was bothering them. Then was asked about who hit the button to get their attention. The lady nods my way, says him for a couple pictures said it real snotty with an attitude. This is the first time I went to the one in Boardman. I usually shop in my hometown Walgreens, Poland, Ohio. I will not be back."

"I never complain about anything, but I just changed my pharmacy from Walgreens to Browns. I came to Walgreens in Boardman every 2 weeks and each time it is slower and slower and the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Two of them in particular. Just rather not deal with rude reps who seem to live for being unhelpful and condescending."

"Not sure if I will ever get scripts filled here again. I called in my script in and they told me they didn’t accept blue cross (they still do the pharmacist was too lazy to check) and charged me $70 for my script. so i called the pharmacy tech the next day to ask about it and she said they still accept blue cross and ran my insurance for the script that I had to come back to be refunded. I come back today and the same guy that told me they didn’t accept it is at the window trying to tell me AGAIN that they don’t accept it when the pharmacy tech JUST TOLD ME THEY DID. He had a big attitude about the refund , like why? Is it that hard for you to type in a few numbers and run the insurance? If you hate your job that much please quit!"
