"A member of the Enterprise Reward program and customer for 20 years. Made a reservation for August 12-14 on line. Went there and they refused to rent me a car. Wouldn't take either my Visa or MC Debit card. Although it was accepted in the past. Jeremy Jackson was extremely rude and arrogant. I walked over to Budget and rented there with no problem. Plus it was $55 cheaper for the same vehicle an Intermediate SUV. I'll never do business with them again."
"I'm glad you took the time out for the needs that I needed for my car rental. After getting into an accident with another driver to wear as they hit my car and totaled it. They gave me enough time to find another car. In which I did. I end up buying a mercedes-benz. And I'm very happy with it"

"Says they're open from 6-11 didn't actually come in until 7:30pm. Was told "I'm just here to clean cars, I can't help you until 10pm, emergency road service isnt supposed to be routing people here for cars we dont have any." Enterpise's emergency road service routed us here to switch out cars after getting a flat on the highway. We ended up having to drive 2hrs home on a donut."
"My experience with Enterprise has been one of the best in price, customer service and vehicle type in the Erie PA area. This past trip we had a Chevy Malibu and were extremely impressed. I usually shop around for the best price and offers each time we go on a trip and Enterprise has won our business each time. Because of the customer service, ease of renting, and price I rarely look elsewhere. The customer service reps in both upper Peach St. office and the Erie PA airport are great! I had only one negative experience with the customer service reps in Anderson SC office when I had car problems with the Chrysler 200S. They told me to come in and they would swap it out, but when I got there 20 minutes later, they told me they didn't have any cars on the lot and I would have to go to Greenville SC offices, which is in the opposite direction. They were not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault. But on a whole my experience with Enterprise has been phenomenal and I plan on checking with Enterprise first before our next trip in May..."
