Important Information:
- Age Requirements: Renter must meet Budget's age, driver, and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location, and an additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old.
- Advance Reservation: An advance reservation is required to use any special offers. Customers must provide a profile number associated with the coupon, and reservations must be canceled by the rental date, or the coupon will be used. Offers are subject to vehicle availability at the time of reservation.
- Pick-Up Services: For free pick-up services, call the rental location directly with at least 24 hours' notice. Note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location.
- Return Policies: When returning your vehicle, do so at the car rental return center at 4411 West 12th Street, Erie, PA 16505. Follow signs as you approach the airport if you picked up your rental car from the same location.

"If I could rate 0 stars or less, I would. I returned a vehicle rented from this location back to this location. I was accused approximately 3 weeks later of *VEHICLE THEFT*, and threatened. I immediately contacted Budget and about lost it, as their vehicle was returned within the rental window and to within 100 feet of where I picked it up. I never heard back from Budget until i recieved a very confusing and inaccurate invoice for over $6000! The listed return location was inaccurate and the *weeks* that *they* couldn't locate *their* vehicle were all listed as my rental period! I still have not been spoken to about their ridiculous mistake and insane threats! Just sent an invoice that holds me as responsible for a month of rental time that I never did! $6000!!! I'm aghast and angry, to say the least!"
"Extremely well taken care of by the gal at the desk. Flew in from Idaho for my father’s funeral and everyone else is here in the area for the eclipse. Appreciated the kindess and help to get us a vehicle. If ever back on this side of the country will go back here."
"We flew in for a funeral that was unfortunately timed to the Big Cosmic Phenomenon, the Solar Eclipse and the receptionist was incredibly helpful making sure we could leave with a car that would fit our needs in our budget. "We rented (and payed for) an "intermediate" size car, we were given a Hyundai Kona which is a subcompact. After bringing the car back the next day, (we picked it up late at night after a long day of travel), the girl at the counter argued with me, she kept saying over and over again that it was an intermediate. Finally, when she realized I wasn't going to back down, we received an adequately sized vehicle. Most of our luggage had to go in the back seat of the Hyundai Kona. Not acceptable. Never again will we rent from Budget."
"From pick up to drop off it was a very satisfying, pleasant transaction. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The drop off at Pittsburgh airport was particularly good. The price was the best out there and the vehicle provided more than met my needs. Would have no hesitation in using Budget again."
