"Flooring Experts did a full demo and replacement of our hardwood floor in an open kitchen/living area of our condo in DC. The project manager was involved from start to finish, including in person meeting to select materials, overseeing the start of the project on day 1, and checking in on the finished install. The work itself was done very efficiently; over the course of two days the entire floor was installed. The team was very careful with all our home goods and even helped moved the heavy furniture back in place at the end. I am very happy with the craftsmanship, communication, and quick turnaround!"

"Worked with Ali K through a restoration project. He and his crew were impeccable and professional. Throughout the entire process from the initial visit (which included picking out the materials) to the weekly updates (for the ordering updates) to the material drop offs and finally to the work date, I was notified when appropriate. HUGE 5 STARS My mom is elderly and as one can imagine she is not able to move much furniture to prepare for the work. The crew was gracious enough to move furniture as they went and were able to get 3 rooms done all in 2 days (we had a small little hiccup). I could not have asked for a more diligent, clean, organized crew. My mom went about her day in the morning when they got there and by then time she returned in early evening the job was completed. The pictures show the transitions from each room being seamless. We could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend this team."

"Flooring experts are excellent! They did hardwood flooring for us and installed carpeting in a very large room for us. They were prompt, efficient, handled our personal belongings and furniture professionally and with care, and were very easy to work with. And their expert who met with me made choosing the hardwood and the carpeting very easy and stress-free."

"We used them as part of a larger restoration project, so I can't comment on the price. I doubt our restoration company would have picked them if they were very expensive though. They were professional and responsive throughout the process. As far as we can tell they did a great job with the installation. I'll try to remember to update this review once we've lived with the floors longer. The same guy that talked us through options and sold us the floors was involved throughout the whole process - showed up on installation days and checked in for a walkthrough once everything was complete. That's different than other contractors I've worked with, and it made it a lot easier to get questions answered quickly and potential issues addressed ASAP."
