"Reached out to express a need for cabinets, and Sophia took the call. Took the time to visit their showroom with architectural drawings with measurements of all spaces I need cabinetry for during the full renovation. Sophia made copies of the drawings, and after selecting the cabinets, she said that she had everything she needed to provide the estimate. 2 weeks go by and nothing, so I reach back out to make sure she doesn't forget me, and she states how busy she's been and promised to get it done. Another week or so goes by, and I call again, only to be met with the same excuses but assurance that I'd receive the estimate by COB that day. Finally, I received them late, and they weren't as I requested. It's as if she threw something together at the last minute to shut me up. I found this to be very unprofessional. communication is important. Follow-up is vital in this business. It speaks volumes. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience, and I will take my money elsewhere since they clearly did not value my business. I mean, all I needed was a full wall kitchen- floor to ceiling and island cabinets, tops and bottoms for a large wet bar, uppers for the laundry room, and tops and bottoms for the walk in butlers pantry. Thanks for underestimating my project. No one wants to feel like an afterthought."
