"I was hoping for the best with this company. However, after installation, it's just been one problem after another. First, they promised us this floor was good quality and could withstand a great deal. We believed them. The floor constantly starts peeling back and coming up, due to no fault of our own. Also, right after installation, there were areas of the flooring that were cut completely wrong so that you could see the old floor underneath. They had to come back out to fix it constantly. It's gotten so ridiculous to the point where every time we've taken a picture to show management something wrong, they're yelling at us saying it's our fault and their products "don't just come up like that." Excuse me, sir, but apparently they do. Do you think we're sitting on the floor every night ripping at it? We're not. If your floors can't handle natural kitchen wear and tear, and then don't do floorings in kitchens. Also, learn how to respect your customers instead of yelling at them when something on your end goes wrong. You literally have my mother in tears. Please don't do business with them. Go elsewhere and find actual good quality flooring, because this quality is cheap and not worth whatever you might pay."

"We used Metro Floors and Remodelers to renovate a home we purchased recently. Frank and Michele are amazing. You can tell they have been helping people for a long time. I've also used them for the commercial flooring needs (I'm a manager for a luxury apartment community in Arlington). The commercial flooring side is equally amazing. Ask for Reza for flooring needs. This review is geared more to the renovation they did for our new home. Before we purchased the home, Frank met us at a few viewing appointments with our realtor. This was very helpful because it gave us an idea of ballpark price for renovations. Almost every house we were considering needed some sort of renovation (some more than others). Michele and Franks made suggestions based on the existing colors in the home. For example, we decided to keep the existing cabinets. That really dictated the flooring color options. We originally considered changing the cabinets altogether but Frank said the existing cabinets were in good shape and were very good quality. Our decision to stick with the original cabinets saved a ton of money. We went with a luxury vinyl plank flooring for the basement and added hardwood floors for the top level. Frank did his best to match the new floor color on the top level with existing flooring on the main level (2nd floor). It is an almost perfect match. Michele was super helpful in picking out the right tile for the backsplash of the kitchen. My wife originally wanted to go with a subway tile and I wanted to go with a hexagon tile. Unfortunately, the hexagon tile was out of stock but Michele suggested we try a penny tile. I wasn't sure about it. It looked amazing once installed. She was very diligent about making sure the color matched the cabinets and quartz counters. The tile really came together in the end. We also originally considered wood floors for the stairs but the total renovation started creeping up fast. Frank suggested we go with an upgraded (higher end) carpet and to put wood on the landings. It looks amazing and our decision to do that saved us a ton of money. We can always do the flooring later or change out the carpet. I liked the fact that Frank was very HONEST and he didn't try to sell us the moon. Also, what I loved about this group is that Frank and Michele had several crews that specialized in certain things. They scheduled all the different trades (plumbing, painting, flooring, etc) and the renovations were complete in about 3 weeks time. We didn't want to hire a one man show because they could take forever and the quality of the work may not have been as amazing as using Metro Floors. We were extremely happy with the end result. "Just completed our second major project with Metro Floor and Remodelers. They did a complete kitchen/dining room/family room rennovation in 2018. This year (2021) they did a complete renno of our kids' bathroom (which is now the nicest room in the house), and removed carpet and refinished hardwood floors on our stairs and 2nd floor hallway. "My wife and I hired Frank and his crew to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom in our three level townhouse. While evaluating multiple contractors, I knew that Frank was going to be my choice. See, I'm IT systems guy, which means if you need me to build large, complex, enterprise IT systems then I'm the expert because I've done it hundreds of times. However, I have never renovated a kitchen and master bathroom. Here's a short list of work performed in the master bathroom: design and planning assistance to work within the constraints of a small space to make the most use of what we have; tear out old corner shower stall and replace with 5'x3' custom mud-base shower; design assistance and installation of tilework and accents in the shower and around the soaking tub, including a planning session at a tile showroom; plumbing and electrical; new cabinets; new recessed lighting; new floors; and new bath fixtures for the soaking tub. Again, the attention to detail was outstanding and we love the finished product. If I had to list a few reasons why you should choose Metro Floors and Remodelers, I would start with the assistance during the design phase. Make the decisions you want to get the result you want and let the team handle the minutia that the average homeowner would not know how to answer. Second, the attention to detail by the team will ensure the finished product looks amazing. During the entire project, we never encountered an issue where we looked at something and asked "why didn't they think of ?" A great example is the beadboard they installed on the dining room side of the cabinets. I would never have thought of it and didn't ask for it. They knew and made it happen.
