"WOW! Was literally what I said out loud when I walked into this shop. This place is MASSIVE! it’s a new shop if I’m not mistaken but my personal opinion is they listen to customers, because they did everything the locals have been asking for years. They carry products I used to have to drive hours away to find. I’m from Michigan so it was always easy to find the products I needed within walking distance, I came to PA for work and always struggled to find my vapes. First time walking in this place and they literally had every flavor and brand I’d buy. The dude at the front, he must be an owner because he took care of me like I was a brother lol, you don’t get that type of service these days, unfortunately. It’s extremely refreshing to know there are people who care about what they sell you and how they treat you. Beautiful establishment and amazing people. Earned a forever customer, that’s for sure! "First things first, customer service! The way you’re treated when you walk in the door is no different than stepping foot in your own home! You can absolutely tell they don’t just want to sell their inventory to you, but they want you to walk out with service and merchandise that exceeds any in the area. I felt comfortable when asking questions about products I had no knowledge about, they were EXTREMELY informative and ultimately assisted me in making the most logical decision in my purchase. Second thing, this place looks incredible, you can tell they took a lot of time and effort in every square foot of this place, it’s huge and quite frankly the biggest smoke shop I have ever set foot in. They keep it extremely clean and the design is very modern and sleek. First impressions are huge in business and they had me hooked even before speaking to anyone. Third thing, the amount of product they have in stock and the plethora of brands is pleasantly overwhelming. If by any chance they don’t have an item (which I find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t) they informed me that they would gladly place an order. You don’t get this kind of service at Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen, let alone any other smoke shop … in the world!"
