"Worst and laziest customer service and support I've ever experienced. Constantly passing the buck off on someone else or some other department. Was told I couldn't return a machine I got in July of 2023 because it's been more than 13 months (how?), yet they had no problem billing me full price for a bipap machine that never did work properly and constantly connected to some central computer that adjusted my settings without my knowledge or consent. BMS is way better!"

"They treated me like an idiot. I was having problems with my new CPAP water chamber. The respiratory therapist proceeded to tell me all the ways I was using it wrong, even though I've been using one for 11 years. I tried everything again and still had issues. I put in a new one and it worked perfectly. It was a defective part."
