"We recently decided to build onto our house and originally purchased all of our foundation material from a big box store without checking in with Mansfield Cement Products first. I can tell you that was a big waste of time as the big box store didn’t sell me enough of or the correct material for the job. I canceled that order after talking to the builder. Cement Products calculated exactly what I needed, delivered quickly and are even going above and beyond to move my block from my previous delivery closer to the hole for my bricklayers. To say we are beyond happy with, Shane Evers (our sales guy) and Cement Products is an understatement. They genuinely care about their customers."
"The gentleman who built this company was amazing but those running it now are just terrible. They treat employees poorly and hire their friends to do the same. Left hand never knows what the right hand is doing! Poor customer service, poor salesmen, poor quality, poor integrity, last minute changes and keep those who are front and center first there till the end to slave away while other sit on the fat lazy behind’s collecting a free paycheck! You don’t want product or employment from this company! BEWARE!!!!!"

"After purchasing about 34,000 white DIRTY brick that were stained from a chemical reaction from sitting around too long I asked the owner Dwight Schmitz if he would supply the cleaning product if I supplied the labor to clean said brick. I asked him on 10/21/2013 and it is now 11/19/2013 and I have yet to hear back from him. (I estimate about $300 in product) I would think any GOOD masonry product supplier could put them out of business. There is an old saying that the first generation can make a good company, the second will maintain it, and the third looses everything that was built. If you look at this companies web page, this is the third generation. Makes sense doesn't it? That's about as poor service as it gets. Too bad. Their ancestors Herman and Francis wouldn't be proud."
