"They make the rules up as they go. Bought a jump suit that says it’s xxl (more like lg). I know sizes vary so I went up in size (normally wear a large to xl) Tried it on at home and it didn’t fit. Didn’t wear it out. Jumpsuit still has all tags/stickers was spotless with a receipt. My receipt says no returns on wigs, jewelry. Exchanges or store credit ONLY within 10 days with receipt (I was within the 10 days). They wouldn’t allow me to return the jumpsuit that was too small. They don’t have a fitting room to try on clothes so how would you know if something fits. They then said they don’t do returns on clothes (doesn’t say that on the receipt or anywhere in store that they don’t do exchanges on clothes). All I wanted was an exchange to another dress or store credit because I shop here religiously. Not anymore! $25 wasted among the $200 I’ve spent here in the last week."
