"I would give a 0 if I could! There were 2 men working the electrics area. They were both helping customers and saw me there. I just needed a computer cord and could not find it. The one said on their ear pieces I was there waiting for help. I stood there for 30 minutes. The 1st guy got done and went to 2 young girls and helped them knowing I had been there. When I was leaving I said something to the lady in white (maybe a manager) she didn’t care. There were 4 employees at the front door just standing there talking. When I gave my opinion to the lady one sarcastically said have a great day ma’am. Then he said it again. Just so DISRESPECTFUL for customer service. So, Ya I will have a great day after leaving there. After 30 min of NOTHING I went somewhere else. I’ll NEVER go back there. I wish I had a job to stand around and do absolutely nothing."

"Just bought a new phone from there a couple days ago. The guy there in the phone department was phenomenal at his job and was very helpful. Same goes for the greeter by the door. She was very friendly and said hello and welcome, and bye when I left. 10/10"

"Purchase a microwave from Matt at store paid for it ... they had to order it in...never contacted us... went to store gave our info to greeter at door... she said no problem... bring your vehicle to curb they will load it for me... our jeep has button to open rear door they loaded box into vehicle ... I closed door from driver seat.... drove 30 miles home it was a range hood not a microwave oven. Going back to return hood and hopefully get microwave."

"Very dissatisfied. I had an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced. When I arrived, they said they were out of the battery it needed. (And I had this appointment for 5 days) I said “no problem, I can reschedule.” They said “No. You would need to leave your phone here 7-10 days. We can’t just order a battery.” Well I can’t be without a phone 7-10 days. They wasted my time and a trip from 20 miles away. Did not make any sense to me. Likely just wanted to sell me a new phone. Unorganized. Disreputable. Shady. UPDATE: I should have read all the horrible reviews before I made an appointment here. If you read them, many, many customers indicate when they get here to have their phones serviced, Best Buy says that they do not have the parts and they claim they need to send them out. Or they say “you need a new one.” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT BB FOR SERVICE TO YOUR PHONE. Go to an independent dealer. It’s cheaper and you don’t need an appointment!"
