"Their website states they’ve installed hundreds of products in their over 25 years of business yet it took two hours for them to say they couldn’t install a grill on my car. Then charged $150 for work not completed, and placed my bumper back on incorrectly. When the flaws of the service were pointed out the owner stated that if I could get the grill on in under two hours he would refund the money. While he and his workers should be the experts this felt like a insult to my intelligence and time spent waiting. Overall the service here may be good if you fit the clientele he wishes to keep. But if he doesn’t view you as a valued customer this may result in wasted time and money."

"Selective bad business. They do not know what they are doing and will charge by the hour while they try to figure it out, even if they can’t. Refused to give an honest time estimate because the strategy is clear… milk the clock. Update: Owner called me to argue about my review. His only solution was if I give him 5 stars he would refund me lol. It was never about the money, I just expect better business. Didn’t address the fact I had to drive back because they messed up putting my bumper back together. Did not apologize over the phone either and clearly he is willing to buy Google reviews."

"The guys were nice and helpful. My nephew needed work done on his jeep. The guys working there told up upfront on how the work was to be done. They deal with all USA made products. They told us exactly how they were going to perform the job and the price."

"If Valley Truck Outfitters can do it (they're not just about accessories), I'm not worried about going to a Dealership - I'll go here. Also, if you're ever in unorthodox situations, they're very friendly and understanding on "making payments" towards more costly work orders."
