"Had our van towed to John for an electrical problem. Van would not start and a bunch of weird things were happening. John put the van on the lift and tested all components related to the problem. He could not pinpoint the problem and said the van had to go to the dealer for further diagnosis. John spent a good 45 minutes troubleshooting and did not charge.
