"Took my phone in June 3rd, had to pay for them to order my screen, they told us 48 hours. I still don't have my phone. They said our warehouse is moving so the shipments are delayed. That would have been great to hear prior to paying. They then say I have a screen here but it will cost 100 dollars more. Due to their inconvenience of their shipments, I have to pay more and they didn't offer me anything but a 10% discount for that screen. And the money we paid for the screen to get shipped in is nonrefundable, that's how they get you."
