"The assistant manager Tracie is incredibly unprofessional. I’m a stage three cancer patient and she was nothing but a b word to us despite getting $3000 of work from me. Complained to the manager and he allowed Tracie to stand there while I made a complaint about her and then he proceeded to ridicule me, a cancer patient. Also side note the Geico adjuster on site there is also an unprofessional ball faced liar. And we have proof!!"

"They "don't do drop offs in the afternoon or evening". No explanation given. Guess that means they won't work with anyone who has a job. Also never called back when they said they would. Very poor customer service"

"I went to Greenwood Collision to get my car repaired after being rear ended and they were fantastic. They worked great with the insurance and everyone I talked with was super nice. They helped me set up my rental car with enterprise and when it came to returning my car, all I had to do was bring it back to their shop and they took care of the rest. They washed and vacuumed my car inside and out, which I was super appreciative of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"I had a vandalism repair done here, and initially I wasn’t happy with the paint. Bill and his team took the vehicle back in and incredibly exceeded my expectations in quality. "Went to the Outer Banks for a week vacay,in route stopped in Fairfax,VA overnight. While there someone hit our 15 Buick Encore. Fast forward once we got back to Youngstown I had several places to have the repair work done and I chose Greenwood Collision Center, based off other reviews and being close to home. And let me tell you, I'm glad I did, and youll see why. First off the estimator, Carrisa was great!! She surveyed the damage and took pictures of the damage like the pro she is. So she gives me the quote and I agree to have the work done(the other driver admitted fault, so this was all covered,including the rental and deductible). Before I turned the car over to her I voiced a small concern. The car before we bought it had been hit on the driver's side quarter panel,and whatever shop did the work tried matching the paint I guess, they got close, but you could tell the slight color difference and she was already able to tell that from surveying the damage. That was Wednesday May 19th. They called me the following Thursday May 27th to say the car was finished, but it was 10 minutes til they closed. So we got up Friday to go get Brody(Yeah...we name our cars...LMAO). Me just telling you that I was more than impressed with the work itself isn't justice at all..and my biggest hope was relieved,they were able to match the paint PERFECTLY!! Overall a great experience and don't take this wrong...I hope I never have to use their service again,but if I do...will be returning. Attaching before and after photos for reference and visuals. The picture of the hood/top of the quarter panel is for showing the color and how it now completely matches the cars original color. I wish I had taken a picture of that before but, live and learn.
