"Been going there for years. But last time, I paid for full service. That night my brake light came on because I was out of brake fluid. Mechanic inspected and found no problem with leaking fluid. Lube stop never checked it. Marked it as dealer check only. It was a 2005 dodge ram. Able to be checked and filled because I did it myself! I had noticed in the past that sometimes they marked things as dealer check only even though I knew it wasn't. I assumed it was to save time typing it up. I never imagined they actually never checked or filled any of it. I guess I'll be looking for a more honest establishment. That's a shame, I was a long time customer."
"Don't go to this location. They steal parts off your car while they're changing your oil. It's happened to two of my cars that I brought there. I've had car issues ever since I brought them there the last time. Missing PCV hose assembly on my Malibu. My advice, watch them closely next time if you go. But I don't recommend it."

"I just got an oil change and I asked for a conventional. The employee checked his computer and said that I needed synthetic but I could do what I want with my car. I agreed, I can do what I want with my car and I think he misunderstood that thinking I was agreeing to a synthetic. When my total was $70, I questioned him and he copped a nasty attitude and became really angry that I questioned him. I said that it was very deceptive on his end. I asked for a conventional and then he gave me a synthetic. He slammed my hood shut, told me to "have a nice day" and "to get a tune up." Clearly, there was a misunderstanding on his end and he really struggled with taking accountability."
