"Got home and realized they didn't rotate the new tires to the back. I thought maybe they wrote it up wrong... checked my invoice and sure enough it said to switch the front w the back after changing the 2 front tires. Didn't have time to drive all the way back there and then wait for them to do what they agreed to do in the first place so I just did it myself. Shame on me for coming here again. They have screwed up numerous times. Never apologize. Never give a discount. Never again with this place."

"Saved my work trip!!! I was driving from Detroit to New Jersey to continue a work contract and I managed to blow out my rear passenger tire. In spite of me showing up late, less than an hour to close. The wonderful staff got me back up and running in no time!!! To the two technicians and the wonderful woman behind the counter on Monday the 18th 2023 closing shift. Thank you, you saved my butt and truly made dreams come true! I just wish you took the tip I wanted to give you lol."

"They saved my day! I bought a new car (halfway across the country to pick it up) and on the ride home, I picked up a nail in my tire. They took me in right away and were able to patch it and send me on my way. From disaster, to on the road again in an hour, at most. Thanks again!"

"We were on the road (over 4 hours from home) with a trailer and a full load when one of the tires on our tandem axle trailer blew out. We searched for the nearest possible place and it said the Walmart auto service here was open until 9pm. We rolled in at 6:45 and most of the employees were standing around outside. We went inside, told the old woman behind the counter that we were desperate and asked for the size we needed. All she said was, "do you know what time it is, we're closing?" Apparently they were closing at 7. She didn't even look at her computer, walked around the corner and said, we don't have it. When we went back outside one of the guys said he was amazed they didn't have it because it is a common tire. We ended up leaving the trailer and buying a tire on a rim elsewhere. When we came back, the bays were all open and it looked like people were working on their own stuff in there. After checking online, there was at least one tire in stock that would have worked. I guess it really is hard to find good workers these days."
