"I only give this place 1 star because there isn't an option for 0! Terrible, Terrible service! I paid my deductible to have the cracked screen repaired, dropped the phone off. Pick it 3 hours later with the screen fixed but the technician BROKE the back of the phone. He then tells me to pay out of pocket or pay another deductible. So I call assurant and they tell me he's responsible to fix it since he broke it and to take my phone back out to have it fixed. After 3 trips out there he says he's going to order the part and call me when it comes in. It's over a week later and I'm still trying to get him to fix the phone! He's telling me he's waiting on the insurance company, the insurance company says it's on him. Absolutely Terrible business!!!! Can't even get someone who's in charge to talk to."

"NEVER EVER GO HERE If I could give this god damn place zero stars I would. I came in to get a battery replaced on my iPhone 12 mini, simple as that. It took 2 whole weeks to fix because they broke my screen twice, and melted my camera!!!! My screen is still messed up and my camera is too! I payed 106 dollars for my battery part but didn’t have to pay for the “fixes”. They had the audacity to blame there screw ups on “the way the apple is designed.” I want them to buy me a whole new phone because that’s what I have to do now."

"Beware!!! Paid over $700 to repair my iPhone 14 front and back screen told me there was a year warranty. Less than six months, my screen was messed up, took back into store. Worst customer service ever said that I was lied to that the repair person who told me no longer worked there! Not sure how that's my problem! Had multiple issues had to bring in phones several times still never fixed the problem . Also was told screen repair is only guaranteed for 30 days would never go back to the store, very unprofessional and unwilling to try to solve the problem, said there was no manager available at the store and had no idea when one would be there. Was told to call PA store! Will never recommend the store and wish I could've left zero stars a complete waste of money had to buy a brand new phone because I couldn't even use mine which the repair CPR did to my phone never worked correctly from the minute they supposedly fix it."

"I never write reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I need to warn other people about this place. I brought it my laptop here on a Saturday due to power issues/suddenly not turning on. I paid the $45 fee and left it there, and I was told they’d call me with updates/when it would be ready. I was never given any estimation or timeline of when to expect to hear back. I called and left a voicemail later that day with no response. 2 days later I tried calling again (no answer), so I came in person to be told that they “didn’t have time” to look at it yet at that point. I was again told they would call me with any updates once they were able to look at it. 2 MORE days later I still didn’t hear anything, so I came in again and was told they were not able to fix it in the end, and gave me back my broken laptop. The same day I got it back from them, upon closer inspection at two much more reputable computer repair shops, I was told that the battery was slowly expanding due to physical damage, which was a potential safety hazard. I saw that the laptop was now visibly bulging, which was NOT an issue before I brought it to CPR. They caused this further damage to my computer. I can completely understand not being able to fix a broken computer that is beyond repair, but it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and fact that they made my computer WORSE than before I left it with them (and did not admit this to me) that prompted me to write this review. The places where I brought my laptop to following CPR reiterated that they have had multiple complaints from people who have brought their electronics to CPR only for them to end up at their shops. Save your time, money, and mental sanity and do not go here."

"I wanted to take a moment to post a positive review on CPR. They did an awesome job and got exactly what I wanted done in a timely manner. I had my iPhone X front and back glass and camera lenses repaired. The front cracks were minor but still bothering me as I wanted to gift the phone. The phone looks brand new! Face ID still works and they even included a clear case. I dropped the phone off Saturday and received a call Monday morning saying it was finished and ready for pick up. I will most definitely return to CPR in the future if I need any more repairs and I recommend other do too. Thanks!"
