"Got a free inspection to identify a nail on my tire. Was told to come back in 2 days on a weekend and I could get the tire replaced. True to their word, on Sunday I was able to get a new tire in 4 hours. Paid a pretty reasonable price of 150 for the whole new tire and no random surprise charges."

"I had a good experience compared to other stores like Cleveland auto repair shop, they barely had time to talk to you politely. In Firestone representative or mechanic were very polite and helpful. Second the store is clean and waiting area is nice. The only thing I felt is little pricey compare to other local stores, however I am satisfied with work they did. Best, Dr. Fatima Khan"

"Let me tell yall about my Fire Experience at this Firestone location in Cleveland Heights. Apply for the Firestone credit card today. I was approved in less than 15minutes. As a woman visiting an auto care center, I often approach such experiences with caution. However, Thomas completely exceeded my expectations with his informative and detailed approach to customer service. From explaining every step of the vehicle maintenance process in clear detail to ensuring I received all applicable coupons for my visit, Thomas demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that truly stood out. I genuinely appreciate everyone's dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible service. It is rare to encounter such a high level of customer care, and it has undoubtedly earned my loyalty to Firestone. Thank you once again for a fantastic experience. "Bad Customer service, held my car for a 1 1/2 Days just for a free inspection. The car also wasn’t ready when I arrived 2 hours after they called me saying it was, I had to wait a whole extra hour once I arrived. Worst experience I’ve had with this company"

"DO NOT visit this store. I would especially advise against it if you are a woman. I called the store to make an appointment (not the first time). Instead of making an appointment, the person making appointment started derailing conversation into personal questions and asking where I’m from (due to my accent). Every time I directed questions to appointment time and pricing questions, I again was asked personal questions and heard his stories about international travel. It was absolutely irrelevant to my appointment. It was a very long conversation that made me extremely uncomfortable. Short on time before my roadtrip, I took my car in for routine oil change. After I picked up my car, the dashboard looked different and the service details screen was still on. In addition, my sensor cameras that worked perfectly stopped working. I called the store. The store manager Thomas picked up the phone and encouraged me to call corporate saying he doesn’t care if I do. He said his workers did not touch either. And said he maybe will fit me on Monday (three days later). No apologies, nothing. Instead he started raising his voice at me. All in all, this is is incredibly disturbing situation. I plan to share this with everyone I know. Shame on you, Firestone. This is the worst example of service possible. Shame on store manager for being so rude and unreasonable. I am incredibly disappointed."
