"I was forced to give up my position in line to someone else. Told to switch lanes with another customer because the lane I was in had moved up faster than the other lane did. First time coming here and being told I had to give up my position because it was faster than others seems wrong."

I got to approve or deny those options. They offer coupons which I used today. Efficient, friendly service with a smile. This will be my "go to" for oil change services."

"Love this place. The guys explained why my front tire lights were on. I kept putting air in them cause it told me they were low. Not realizing when the dealership rotated the tires 6 months ago they never switched around the sensors. But the guys told me today I needed air in the back tires not the front. Learn new things at age 71. Thanks again everyone."
