"Had my car detailed and gear shift was damaged when I came to pick it up. Contacted staff as soon as we could and was told we’d have to wait to hear back from supervisor. This went back and forth for a couple weeks, and ultimately resulted in the company denying accountability and refusing to fix it. Pretty disappointed as we love to support local businesses, however will not be returning."
"Coates Car Wash in Hermitage is the best!!! I have a membership which means for one reasonable price, I can get a car wash as often as I like. I usually stop in 2 or 3 times a week which keeps my car looking great. I have the Ultimate level, but there are other levels to choose from. It’s quick and easy. The vacuums available at no cost work very well to keep my interior clean. I highly recommend Coates Car Wash in Hermitage. The employees are so nice and my car always looks terrific."
"Being a local, I've known about coats for years but this was the first time I ever used them. A friend let me borrow his F250 while my truck was in the body shop. As a thank you I wanted to get the interior detailed on it for him. My normal detailer was a month out so I decided to give these guys a shot. I was super happy with the results, the inside of the truck came out spotless. They even cleaned the storage compartments under the seats. Coats also went above and beyond by also washing the exterior of the truck and tires shining it even though I didn't ask. I would not hesitate to give them my business again!"
