"I recently purchased a washing machine from John Sowards Jr. I contacted him within my 30 days to inform him we were having issues. He made an appointment to assess the issues and canceled the same day. We rescheduled for another day and he sent us a message 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment to cancel. Very frustrating as we arranged our very busy schedules for him. Not only did he message us to cancel. He informed us that we were now out of our 30 days and he was not going to do anything for us. Then blocked us. Horrible customer service. The warranty is apparently a scam to give you some reassurance while purchasing. Which is not the case at all."

"Was sold a machine that leaked during the first wash, was filled with mold, and the door was broken. The replacement for it only lasted a week before it started leaking from the bottom of the washer and the door, and the seal was broken. I reached out numerous times to the owner whom I bought it from and never received any type of response despite the washing machine having a 60-day warranty. I do NOT recommend this business."
