"Fast Response installed a heat pump system at my house about a year ago, we had previously been using baseboard heaters and window air-conditioners. Now we have central heat and air and are saving between $1500-$2000 a year in electric bills. We're no longer woken up in the middle of the night in the summer by the air-conditioners kicking on and off, and not bothered by hot spots in the wintertime. I'm extremely pleased with this system, as well as the superior service I receive from Fast Response. I'd recommend Fast Response to anyone looking to upgrade their system and save money in the process."

"To start off with, I had to call 4x before I finally was able to talk to someone. My furnace was not working. I left 3 voicemails that were never returned. I only kept trying because I did have a decent experience getting an AC from them so I thought I’d get treated well since I was already a customer. Definitely NOT a fast response! The tech that came out was great. I needed a new furnace. Then got another person to sell me a furnace. The install was ok. Took a long time and they weren’t finished and it was late. Told me they come back. I had mice before so I specifically asked if they sealed the hole they drilled going out of the house and was told yes…that was an absolute lie. It wasn’t sealed at all. Two days later the furnace stopped working and I had no heat. Called immediately and spoke to someone who told me they’d send someone out. I waited ALL day at home. Assuming they’d show up soon since I spent a ton of money on a new furnace that wasn’t working. At 8pm a technician texts me and asks if they can come fix it. I said no it’s 8pm I don’t want anyone in my home. They finally fixed it the next day and gave a lot of excuses about why it wasn’t working. I still had to wait for another part to seal a pipe. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had, for a very expensive item. They offered me a free service to make up for it which is worthless in my opinion."

"i used this company through AHS warranty worst company i have ever dealt with dispatch was rude and would not give me a time for arrival just we will call 30 min before showing up. wouldn't let me to talk to a supervisor told them what happened and what parts were damaged even looked up the part number for them. the tech was in and out of my house in less then 15 min i asked when i should know something he said in 48 business hrs this was friday in the coldest part of winter with no air flow in the house. you can see by the pictures that the fan motor mount is broken. called the company they said they were ordering parts spoke with ahs they said they canceled the ticket because they couldn't diagnose the problem. this amazed me because you can see where it is broken clear as day. do your self a favor if you have AHS let them know to not send this company save yourself some time and money."

"My home warranty contracted fast response heating and cooling to come out and take a look at my furnace. The service was great! Timothy was very professional and was able to quickly identify the issue and get a fix in the works! He was able to educate me on my furnace and what caused the issue! I would most definitely use fast response again!"
