"I bought something online and used the pick-up service. We walked in, got in line to the customer service desk. 2 people in front of us. It went very quickly. I told them what I ordered and showed them the barcode on my phone. He scanned it and brought my item and I was out the door in less then 10 minutes. 10/10"

"I went the week before Christmas, and I was offered assistance upon entering the store. I knew of one item I needed but wanted to look around. The associate was pleasant and told me to let them know if I had any questions. After browsing, I asked the associate for help locating a specific gaming system. They were very knowledgeable and went over the specific specs on the model and how I can use previously purchased games from the older system. He even made sure I knew that I was getting a lower price than what was showing online. I was so impressed! Within less than 10 mins, he had me cashed out,bagged, and I was on my way!"

"Went on looking for a micro USB charger. Google said that this particular location had three available. I'm a truck driver and it is hard to get to certain places with a semi so I was hard pressed to find this charger for my much needed GPS tablet. There was a young man at the door who immediately told me, with a nasty demeanor that they didn't have it. I insisted they probably did just to show me where it was located. He insisted that they didn't have it and literally looked away and started to do something else. I went looking for it alone and sure enough like the Internet said there were three of them. I didn't get his name because when I went back to show him he was gone. He was a heavy set fair complexion black man. Rudest person I've ever met. Best buy should run a personality screen on some of these people. I have two stars because best buy had the product I needed. No other staff ever addressed me except a young woman near the registers showing where the check out was."

"COMPLAINT AND SCAM: Geek squad manager and geek squad associate (whose names I can not reveal because no one in the store wears name badges , photos are attached) scammed me into trying to buying a geek squad total protection that was suppose to cover my data transfer. Never explained to me at the first of my 3 visits I had to pay for something for it to transfer to and then without my consent transferred my data to the $60 product. I explained it was inappropriate to do without asking or confirming! After explaining my concerns of how much the product was and not informing me that I had to pay for it, they turned around and found a $7 product to do the exact same thing! WHAT A SCAM!!! Then once I came to pick up the data transfer for the 3rd time it was explained to me the prior visit they would be wiping and recycling my computer. When I stood in line for 45min to pick up data transfer they told me they couldn’t woo or recycle my computer. The geek squad and manager failed miserably in customer service! The manager even tried to argue with me as I waited yet again for the 3rd time. The manager treats customers horribly! I suggest Best Buy looking into managers that represent Best Buy properly and know how to handle customers with better care! I also suggest training their associates better to disclose everything that needs to paid for before they finalize your service and sale. Also, name badges for proper identification!"

"This is truly the greatest best buy I have ever been to.The staff members are incredibly friendly, but there was a young lady, I believe her name was Divine, who truly stood out as a savior. She assisted me in locating all the items I needed. I had a gaming tournament, and she helped me in finding a new controller and headphones quickly. Even after that, she kindly assisted me in carrying some of my purchases as I left the store. Divine certainly deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding service"
