"This will be a two part review. On March 26, 2021 our roof was damaged by a storm. Shingles were lost and a gutter was torn from the house. I contacted my insurance and was advised to find a contractor to repair the damage. I was referred to Valley 3 Builders. After speaking with Shawn P he came the Saturday of Easter weekend and performed a full inspection. The insurance also sent an inspector. Both inspections arrived at the adjuster’s desk, but the insurrections didn’t agree. The insurance inspection only wanted to replace 37 shingles, while V3B’s inspection suggested a roof replacement. Over the course of the next three months, Shawn continued to prove through various testing on the existing shingles that replacement would not remedy the problem, but rather cause more damage. Yesterday, June 23, my insurance agreed with V3B that a roof replacement is the correct course. Without Shawn’s efforts, we would be stuck with a patched roof that would eventually fail. The tear off and install is scheduled in the first week of August. Following the project completion, I will submit the second half of my review. Up to this point, V3B has been excellent in professionalism, prompt responses, and experienced answers. I would highly recommend. It is March 25, 2022 and well overdo to finish the review. The final piece to add is this: there was a crew of 6-7 people. My old shingles were pulled off, and the new material was dried in and shingled in a matter of a few hours. All debris was cleaned up. Had I not seen the crew briefly, and now see the new shingled roof, I would have never know they were there. All debris was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. We are very happy with the job that was done as well as the council we received prior to the job leading to an outstanding final product."

We left at 7:30 AM in the morning to spend the day with my wife's mom and when we returned at 6:00 PM it was like the roofers were never there with the exception of the dumpster in our driveway. Very professional and courteous group of guys completing the work. Our neighbors were impressed as well. Was contacted numerous times to keep me posted as to delivery day and install day by the project manager. They also had stopped by the house several times to check on the delivery of the materials needed to complete our job"
