"I had the pleasure of visiting Famous Supply in Steubenville, Ohio. As I entered, I was greeted by Lee, who offered assistance. I told him I had talked with someone there and needed a run capacitor for a furnace I was working on. He took excellent care of me, providing wonderful customer service. Upon searching before going to Famous Supply, I found that they were the only business that even had what I required to make the furnace keep running. The furnace did not have the proper part installed in the first place, which surprised me that it even functioned. Thanks, Lee, for your kindness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Famous Supply. They are a down-home, welcoming place to do business."
